Kwabo, the very first Afro-Fusion restaurant in Reims, is much more than just a place to eat. It is a true culinary journey where the borders and flavors of Africa intertwine with those of other continents. Here, each dish is a meeting between ancestral traditions and modern creativity, offering a unique and innovative experience.

Language Fon of Benin, Kwabo means « Welcome ». This word perfectly symbolizes our philosophy: to welcome with open arms and to create bridges between cultures through each plate. We firmly believe that food is a universal language, able to gather different horizons around the same table. Each dish, made with fresh and authentic ingredients, tells a story, a blend between Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Americas.

Our chef, passionate about culinary diversity, revisits traditional African recipes and sublimes them with influences from all over the world. Each bite is a bold and harmonious fusion, a mixture of cultures and stories. Whether you're a hungry partyer, a night worker or just an epicurean looking for new flavors, Kwabo welcomes you in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Discovered a little by chance with my wife during a stay on Reims, we were conquered by this small restaurant but which makes us discover great cuisine. Mixtures of African dishes and dishes of the world, of the entrance, of the dish and of the dessert, we were conquered and enjoyed throughout the meal. Die sehr sympathische Bedienung und die schöne Musik haben die ganze Erfahrung noch perfekter gemacht. Wir sind mit 8 Personen unverhofft auf der Durchreise ins KWABO gekommen, uns hat das Ambiente des kleinen Restaurants und das Konzept der Afrikanisch inspirierten Gerichte angesprochen. Der Service war ausgesprochen sympathisch und zuvorkommend, die gute Moon hat uns alle angesteckt. Kulinarisch war es eine echte Erfahrung, ein Voltreffer! Jedes Gericht war liebevoll zubereitet und unheimlich lecker. Auch die Weinempfehlung hat wunderbar gepasst. Wir kommen wieder, wenn wir nächstes Jahr auf dem Weg in die Bretagne wieder im Reims einen Zwischenstopp machen.
